Operator and acceptance

Trip Planner is operated by Karel Busta. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is English-language in v1. Native place names may appear in your plans, but localized support and localized product behavior are not promised.

What Trip Planner does

ChatGPT researches and compares travel information. Trip Planner structures the details you choose, validates deterministic relationships, preserves planning sources and user assertions, and shows read-only Trip Overview and Day View widgets.

Information can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. A surfaced gap, conflict, readiness result, or recommendation is guidance—not a guarantee that a trip will work.

What Trip Planner does not do

• It does not search for deals or independently verify current travel information.
• It does not book, change, cancel, contact, or negotiate with travel providers.
• It does not provide emergency assistance, immigration or legal advice, medical advice, insurance advice, or a public uptime or recovery SLA.
• It does not support collaboration, proactive notifications, expense tracking, automatic currency conversion, or original booking-document storage in v1.

External Account Surface and access

Authentication is required for account and Trip Plan reads and writes. The same verified account must be used in ChatGPT and on the External Account Surface. Free Access permits one writable Active Trip Plan; paid access removes that limit. Active and Archived are the only persisted lifecycle states.

Account deletion is permanent. It blocks access immediately, has no recovery or transfer path, and does not restore automatically after a provider failure.

Price, renewal, and cancellation

The External Account Surface offers annual access for $9.99 USD per year and lifetime access for $29.99 USD once. Prices are shown before checkout and processed by Stripe. Annual access renews automatically unless you cancel renewal in Stripe; lifetime access does not renew. A browser return alone never grants access—Stripe confirmation and reconciliation do.

Where applicable law gives a consumer a 14-day withdrawal or refund right, that right is not waived by this page. The applicable treatment can depend on the service start, the transaction, and the law of the launch market. Contact support for a request; legally required rights prevail over this summary.

A payment obligation is created only when you confirm the Stripe checkout. Trip Planner does not place an order or collect card details inside ChatGPT.

Support and complaints

Support is asynchronous and prioritizes account access, billing, deletion and privacy, security, and suspected data loss. The initial-response target is three business days and is not an SLA. For an urgent travel, border, safety, medical, or reservation problem, contact the relevant provider, authority, insurer, or emergency service.

Complaints and rights requests can be sent through the support contact listed on this site. Do not send credentials, tokens, payment-card numbers, passports, or booking documents.
